Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deep Scan (one-time). Because the full report is delivered digitally and immediately on payment, it is generally non-refundable. If the report failed to generate or you were charged in error, email us within 7 days at getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com and we’ll refund you in full.

Unlimited (subscription). You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops future renewals. We do not pro-rate the current billing period. No charges are made after cancellation.

How refunds are issued. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay/Stripe within 5–7 business days.
